the website has a page that markets them for that type of use as well. the diameter of my crutch is a little smaller than most canes so I just wraped 2 rubber bands below the "Bag" (it has a foam core the cane or what ever goes threw) and it keeps it from sliding down and you can't even see the rubber bands
