this happened to me recently on another hit fortunatly I rembered the survey content and was able to describe enough of it to get the rejection reversed. Of course this mostly only works if something makes the survey stand out. If it is the same tired questions that are in 90% of the surveys it is a little harder to even rember the survey let alone convince someone you took it.
