08/22 - Tiny Bit Tuesday!

The colors relate to the ratings given to certain requesters on TurkOpticon (https://turkopticon.info/) Mturksuite makes it easy by color coding on the mturk UI to coincide with those ratings. - However Don't rely on those colors too much... Those are user submitted ratings, and people are dumbasses. Some people give really shitty ratings for things such as being screened out of a survey for being male when they're looking for females - and minor shit like that. Also - many great HITs and surveys have no ratings at all. If you're worried about a certain batch being reject happy - it's best to look at the actual ratings and read what people wrote about the HITs rather than what color they are.

This probably doesn't make sense to you - but you'll see what I mean once you start using mturksuite and have an idea of what TO (turkopticon) is

Once you start using hitfinder - which is part of mturksuite - you'll be glad you did

If you are using Panda Crazy and Hit Catcher which is part of MturkSuite, then you need to use them on separate sites. Hit Catcher only works on www for the moment, so you'd have to use PC on the worker site. When you start doing a batch on one of the sites, turn off which ever is being used on that site. This helps with PREs.

3,800 accepted (so returns/expires/etc count against it)

 

Ohhhh I am no where close to that

 

It amuses me that I have to edit panda crazy's script to force it to keep pandaing after I am capped. I mean on paper it makes sense to stop the pandaing but I like to set my pandas before I go to bed and that doesn't work if the script stops itself lol
