Property market rental price guessing game
Description:
In this study, you will be asked to rate some real estate property. On each trial, we will show you an image of a house that is available for rent. Your task is to rate as close as you can, the market rental price of the property. That is how much an average person is willing to pay per month to rent this property. You can rate each property between $0and $2500 per month by dragging a slider.

You will have max. 20 seconds to make each response - if you miss a response, a warning message appears on the screen. If you have missed a response for more than 10% of houses, the study will terminate and your submission will not be considered. So make sure that you are paying full attention!

You need to use a keyboard, a mouse, a laptop or desktop with good access to the internet, and one of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer. Sit comfortably.

Once you entered the study, it will require 1-10 minutes loading time, depending on your internet speed, then it will proceed to a detailed instruction page, where you need to press a button to go through the instructions. You will be given a self-determined break (max. 20 minutes between blocks). The rating task itself takes around 45-50 minutes on average but it can vary between participants. Note here that the self-determined breaks are not included (e.g. if you take 15 minutes between every block, you will finish the study after 3 hours). You will see more detailed instructions when you start the experiment.
