Got a rejection last night for "wrong password provided." I didn't get a code at the end of their survey and wrote my standard " I just put in my mTurk ID here's some details of the survey to show I did it blah blah blah" right after the survey and they still rejected. Sent another email when I saw that and they just ignored both of them.
