It's just a PDF file, kinda big so might take a little while to download. I'm gonna spend time in between doing HITs to look for relevant sections. I'm sure you can check out the table of contents and look for stuff you might be interested in checking out, but everything in the book is really good. God bless my Biology department head who taught that class; she's the one good thing that came out of that damn school.

In terms of heart palpitations I'd say check the glossary and table of contents and find information about sodium, cholesterol, recommendations for hypertension, sugar, even sections about diabetes should have some relevant information. There should be sections about daily recommendations of nutrients for men and women and specific age ranges, and also links to websites that can help you track stuff I believe. I know you still need a way to start tracking stuff but it's a start. I wish I could just upload everything I learned in the class to your brain with the push of a button.
