    There's an appetizer that some Mexican joints have where they bring out a shallow bowl full with white cheese, then they pour a shot of white tequila on top and light it on fire. When it starts to get those nice brown spots on the cheese you blow it out and start to stir it up with two spoons. That's when you find the surprise taco meat in the center. Put it on chips or tortillas and you're golden.

    My friend in high school was named Sean but had terrible handwriting. Our auto teacher was calling out names to pick up tests and was going so fast he read Sean as Bean. He earned a new nickname that day and we got a new name patch for his coveralls with Bean on it.
