We were supposed to close and then the bank assesment came back 14k under our offer. We obvs needed to drop the price cause otherwise the mortgage wouldn't cover as much as we'd need. The owner went NUTS and then also refused to finish the necessary repairs for the mortgage. Dude has had 2 more offers since and both have fell thru. Good luck trying to sell a house well above what the bank values it at with no competition.

Sooooo, that went well. And that happened right after matt's accident, so I was basically slamming my head into a wall.

We are waiting to hear about three houses for rent in the desert near the spaceport. yay. They want spaceport folks, so I'm sure we'll snag one. 2/3 are getting some work done currently, so not available until like next month. Until then, I'm still in the apartment from hell paying a stupid high month to month yay.
