    be kind to yourself. Remember, your PE isn't a reflection of how good you are. I fall into the trap frequently, so I know it's easier said than remembered.

    Also, be wary of comparing your PE to someone else's, especially if they've been at it for longer than you have. Having a well-stocked OW list pays off a lot, but it does take time (and sometimes dumb luck) to find the requesters you wanna work on.

    Although in seriousness if you're competitive finding someone who usually hits a similar range as you is helpful (emphasis on similar range tho). Look at the devastation @Hummingbirdee and I wreaked upon the Kasistos the other day :p
