Vallejo police Lt. Jason Potts told KTVU "unfortunately it appears the call was not properly priotized as that kind of call warrants an immediate response we didn't do that", He went on to say "we're going to look at our procedures and protocols and make sure this doesn't happen again."

we're right there with you. on Next Door, a guy caught someone pooping in a planter in his front yard. called the police, got it on camera/video. police came like 2 hours later and told him they couldn't do anything about it because they didn't see it happen

 

Okay I have like 3 hours to work. I got that 10 dollar personality hit earlier and it was nom. I'm hoping it's fire right now, and I reject any evidence to the contrary.

 

Of course not but for the argument with the Police it had to be set aside as a separate deal. This is the norm here with response from PD to calls and I am glad this has been on News all over the country to get Sacramento to have to dig.
