You can click the blue text for a wiki explanation but basically a page request error or PRE is the error when you have used up all the queries to mturk's website for that given secondish of time. You are allowed to query mturk around once per a second and all of your scripts share that by staggering the accept rate and search rate ect.

 

I personally can do like 2 or 3 and lose focus!
