man, I just realized tomorrow will be the third year since my Mom passed... and I get really depressed every year, especially with nobody around here

 

The other day I bought a McDouble from McDonald's and a double (bargain menu) from Burger King to settle once and for all which I like better and... well, not really sure. Think I'd have to go with BK, but still, figured I'd have a definite knock out winner...

 

The 18th year since my father passed was a few days ago. It's still not easy. I just try to think about the good times as much as I can.

 

I feel for ya, and it is hard no matter how long, but it is still very fresh for me at this time.

 

I'm sorry, friends. It sucks that we can love something so much and have to let it go. It'll take us one day, too. We just have to be grateful for the time we still have with the people we love, and cherish the memories we've made.

 

Sorry, guys. This time of year sucks for me too. Fall/Winter marks the decline in my best friend's mental health, and he ended up killing himself a week before Christmas. My inbox is always open, even though I know no one knows me well here yet.

 

So sorry, babe. My mom passed 3 years ago also and I miss her so much.
