Just so you know it didn't actually submit anything. Because he posted a link with all those parameters in it (prevRequester, etc etc) mTurk processed it & displayed the notification. You wont have any submissions in your history or any chance of rejection just from clicking on that. Kinda a weird bug, it'd be like clicking this link: https://turkerview.com/requesters/?notice=newReview&sort=latest&id=AI2HRFAYYSAW7

It'll say your review has been added, blah blah blah. Same deal. The website script just reads whats in the URL and spits out a message in reply to that. Weird little bug but harmless if you're worried about it at all.
