    Why do I get this every time I try to do a qualtrics survey in Firefox

    I get messages like this every time I hit the next button at the bottom of a page
    refreshing then makes it progress to the next page (most of the time occasionally it just gets stuck)
    I have cleared qualtrics cookies, no help
