Spectrum has a thing now where they give you a one hour window + live van GPS tracking of where the technician is. If they're not there within the 1 hour window, you get $20 lol. Wish all companies had that.

 

I can definitely understand not wanting to be medicated. Getting cognitive therapy to work is really difficult and takes massive amounts of effort since you're going against all of your habits and impulses. If I can help in any way, let me know.

 

I just really want to kick the benzo addiction the doctors have put me in. I hear it is worse than Heroin withdrawal

Long time turker, First time poster. Is there a script out there for these pesky John Does'?

 

Minor milestone yesterday. Not a huge deal, just happened to notice it. Broke $1000 total. My 2017 total has all been since I joined here a couple months ago. Masters came in 2015 when I didn't do much. Creeping up on 5k soon as well.

 

I can handle the anxiety and all the shit that comes with it.
At least in my case what fucks me over is disassociation/derealization which not only turns me into a shitty person.
I also generally tend to do dumb shit during those times.
I Still haven't found a way to fix it either, fuck it.

I quit smoking cigarettes about 5 years ago after smoking for 15 years. That was pretty difficult, so I can imagine. That probably doesn't even compare though.

 

Thats why I love having CCTV (Surveillance) cameras all over my property..so I can know who is coming.

 

I switched from Cigs to vaping for a years and then totally quit. Then Matthew flooded my lower level and my friends that were helping smoked so I started smoking again and quit like 4 months later. Vicious Cycle
