Hey guys, I want you all to know I just want to feel accepted and involved.

As for my opinion on copyright, it covers the IP rights, patents as well as if some novel things are thrown in. DRM are things that prevents me from backwards engineering and the DMCA makes it against the law to do so when you say I couldn't.

Please don't abscond with this post.

That's not a straw man, buddy. I was responding to you about DRM not arguing about what system is the greatest to game on..

Right, that's what I'm saying. DMCA is a part of DRM, just the legal aspect of it. I'm also saying that DRM is more than just keys and server checks...

....but nevermind because wikipedia says its just the stuff that prevents you from copying it so I was wrong. They are two seperate things for the most part. I had them both lumped into one in my brain space. So thanks for that.
