Can anyone please tell me if when using the rejection dispute on MTS I will have to format the message or will it be ok? It says this "We'll display this to the requester in our system, you can use Markdown syntax to display a properly formatted message to the requester." so I'm not sure if I need to do anything?
Also is there a difference between using this and just messaging the requester? Thanks.
