10/12 - I have no idea Friday!

I'm thinking of doing the same (the white with copper is one sexy looking phone) but I'm also thinking of getting a motox4 to try out google's project fi on the "cheap."

You would think that google would add the first (to my knowledge) android one phone to project fi but

I have a cellphone because we don't have a landline anymore.

Though, I did just threaten my kid that if he doesn't stay the fuck off of YouTube when he's home alone and supposed to be doing homework that I am reinstalling a landline and taking his phone with me to work every day after I drop him off after school.

He was all, "Whoa there, Mom. That kind of seems like the nuclear option. Could we try something before that drastic step?"

Me: "Yeah. Try staying the fuck off of your phone when it's homework time."

Fricking hate cellphones. Though, I can't live without mine so I'm a hypocrite. (Also, I have to have it for work, and work pays for it so...costs me nada.)

 

Isn't project fi phones limited based on hardware but android one phones are designated based on software? Or am I wrong about that?
