That kind of happened to me. My Panda caught one hit, and I kind of forgot about it and let it expire, and ending up getting the qualification revoked.

When I was reading the instructions it was saying "This is NOT an example of a solar panel, this is a solar water heater." and something about how they aren't looking for those IIRC. It went on to show how sometimes two water heaters can look like solar panels. From what I understood you weren't supposed to include them.
