10/27 - Fix 'er up Friday!

Scripts that don't have a worker counterpart. Also, some scripts are getting updated to the new site so.

 

I know this is morbid as shit, but the husband of the woman who is letting us park our RV in the yard actually died last December 15th of an aneurysm.

 

I can check later re: hybrid sleep (which I'm pretty sure I've disabled) but I'm definitely putting it to sleep, for what it's worth. I just wanted to get those few things out there. I think I'll keep using it until I have the funds for something better, which was the plan anyway.

 

I'm just salty about the dashboard. I hates it.

 

Even if they cut-off www's dashboard at the same time that worker is added we have 60 days to get a replacement made. I expect that we will have one within 48 hours tbh.

Workers also asked for the ability to browse all HITs, even those they aren’t yet Qualified to work on. This allows Workers to see the full catalog of eligible HITs in MTurk, and to request Qualifications from Requesters for those that the Worker may not yet be qualified to work on. We plan to introduce this improvement next month to help Workers find even more great HITs to work on.

 

There is zero reason to do any of this on worker.

 

Worker is gonna make me lots of Amazon Affiliate earnings from the new Core i7 requirements for mTurk scripts.

 

As someone who has grown up with all the variations of Windows since 3.11 for Workgroups, I'll agree with you on not liking big design changes. But in each case where I made the leap from something old to something new, I grew to appreciate the something new after a while.

 

You can already do that on worker just not with their interface.
