10/27 - Fix 'er up Friday!

I just wanted to make sure that obscuring the source wasn't the main motivation for packaging userscripts into a Chrome extension.

I don't actually use MTS and don't ever intend to.

You talk about my scripts being noisy... MTS adds all kinds of crap in all kinds of places I don't want. It seems like a solid suggestion for noobs, and that's usually who I suggest it to.

As far as I can tell, MTS doesn't seem to take full advantage of the privileges it gets as a full-fledged extension.

I'm pretty sure that was exactly the reason that he removed the source code. He is back on mturk again so perhaps he will change his mind

That won't necessarily work. I private messaged him a question before @ChrisTurk posted the Amazon Blog announcement this morning.

I was asking if MTS's HIT Finder has to be open in order to Export to TH properly since it doesn't work for me a vast majority of the time.

He logged on here to announce his thread to request www to worker script updates, and that's all he did.

Wow im barely gonna break the $15 barrier today, its a mega slow day, also cant grab a single C-sat. so oh well.

I mean, I included you in my PM attempt to him, b/c I wanted you to see that he doesn't talk to me.

I think he got butthurt when I shared the first fork I did from his public keybinds script where I fixed the bugs and added safety mode. After that, he finally released an update to fix a long-broken script that everyone had been using, and even added in his own little "safety" implementation.

Silly stuff to me, I thought he'd be more fun to rib. He's really similar to me in a lot of other ways, including how he organizes his code, so I figured he might have a similar personality. Guess not.

 

Minor sematics, but hey what the hell:
