None of the hits that I have done today have a hit requirement on them. They don't have a masters qual either.

 

5k isn't like a magic money tree. You just gotta get good at finding shit.

 

You MIGHT see a 10% increase at 5k. Might. I just hit 5K a month ago and I've barely noticed a difference.

 

Snagged this 7.50 Micheal Kahana hit, but I can't get it to appear. Has anyone else got this too?

Disclaimer: I am not posting this to rub it in the face of anyone who made less today/this week/ever. I am just pretty damn proud of myself because I worked incredibly hard for it, and I'm a little bit shocked, and sharing it makes me feel like it is real. The end.

 

i havent seen many requesters use minimum hits as a requirement in a while. the real milestone is the experience and proficiency

 

that's pretty much how my experience was. Now, getting smarter with Pandas and learning the nuances of mturk, that more than tripled what i was making.

 

It is usually, by the time you hit 5K HITs you know how to use Mturk by then. It isn't really going to open up that much extra work for you.

 

Why you calling everyone like that?

 

So with all this talk of the worker site decided to check out the new dashboard and work some hits off the worker site. I noticed something weird.
First of all I first got an mturk account in 2012 but didn't do much in 2012 and 2013 then did not touch it again until 2016 so below is what the www. site shows for years prior to 2016 (this is accurate)

now when I first looked at the worker dash board 2hrs ago it listed prior years as $53 already off by $10. Then about 30 minutes ago it showed $69 and now $71.90
