Load loss: -$14.22/hr.
w/ resources (pageload + image loading): -$17.69/hr.

 

I'm in the middle of that stress anxiety hit and about ready to start the computerized portion.. they are asking for a code below.. I see none? ANyone else know about this?

 

I'm looking for someone who grows milo. The only farm around here that I've seen is a fairly sketchy looking lot. It would be like Children of the Milo if i went knocking on their door.

We're aiming for 5-10 (minimally; I'd LOVE much more and even if we aren't prepared for it, we have friends who we could totally lease to) acres in about 5 years, sooner if the right situation comes about. Right now we're mostly just in pay off debt mode. But that "buy land outside of the city just in case" advice has been taken too seriously by Chicagoans, and it drives land prices up down here in Southern Illinois.

 

Definitely will be. I live in a pretty unique part of the country where I can get a 2-5 acre plot really easily and cheaply (~$150k with a decent house) but still be within 15 minutes of a major city. It's my #1 favorite thing about Ohio. And this goal is 99% of the reason why I'm turking. I can't wait to have land for my pups.

Based on some of the items I'm getting, apparently "Polar Bears" means something really nasty in German...

 

The prices in Ohio are lower than a lot of the country, but still not as low as they are here in Indiana. I'm about 2 miles from the Ohio line and we have lots of Buckeyes that come over here looking for land. It seems no one over there is willing to split it up or sell it so the farmers are venturing farther out. Where I am that 150K would buy you close to 50 acres, 30 with a 5 bedroom farm house on it.
