When I came back on after the grind... whatever... there was simply no question on where I was going, following the breadcrumbs... haha.

You know there's some value to gate-keeping. There should be a little technical obstacle to working here... some unspoken communication... because not everyone needs to be here.

I love PE postings because if I am not in a place where people are earning more... then what am I doing? I don't want everyone here, sorry Admins, I just don't. I'd go to plebbit or zuckbook if that was the case.

 

I would assume so. I hope that they pay through bonus or some shit because those don't have any base pay lol

 

I got negative rep on MTG at one point and @ChrisTurk gave me a bunch of positive rep to make up for it. I still have no idea how that even worked on MTG tbh.

 

Still so salty. I still remember being one of the lucky few who still had a qual before they went kaput. If you knew what you were doing, some of those HITs would easily take less than ten minutes. Some less than five. I don't why people scammed them- they told you ways of making the work easier right in the instructions. Easy $100+ days whenever they'd drop.

 

You're basically describing the list @ChrisTurk posted not long ago maybe the 24th. And that's the exact path I am on. I was blow away at how accurate that list was and even printed it out as a motivator. But I thought the whole point of this so called family was to make mturk a better place together.

10/24 - Tubular Tuesday!

 

Sorry guys, no matter how much I make, you're not getting rid of me.

 

I've never seen you afraid of/give a damn about anything, even when people are giving you shit right to your face. I genuinely really admire that about you, as frustrating as it might be sometimes.

 

As someone who has learned to stop worrying and love the $200/week, I've stopped using this site a lot. It's great, but I feel like the D-III player hanging out with professionals and I doubt I'll ever have enough motivation to go beyond that. If it weren't for this site I'd still be using MTurk Suite and thinking I was using pandas even when I wasn't, I just assumed a cartoon panda would pop up on the bottom of my screen and tell me anytime it got something good for me.

So I think without this site I'd be making $5/day still doing transcriptions. So that's pretty sweet.
