    If you do make sure you research the model first. A lot of TVs on sale for Black Friday only have 1-2 HDMI ports and minimal features. Especially the 4k. There are some good deals but most are just rehashed overstock. Jan-Feb is when you get the real savings. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!

    Gotta watch out for the "fake 4K" LGs, too.

    They use a special matrix of RGBW to create a "4K" TV that's technically 4K by definition, but it doesn't behave the way you'd expect a 4K TV to behave. They'll probably release a bunch of these into the general public to unsuspecting consumers who think they're getting a better product than they actually end up with.
