    There's actually a very good number of people who feel similarly to how I do on a variety of topics.
    They're just too scared to throw their opinions publicly against the extremely vocal minority of influential members who disagree strongly with me.

    I get inboxes in various groups whenever I say something controversial with things to the effect of "I'm glad you said that, glad someone gets how I feel", etc. I've actually had more people react positively to most of my posts than negatively. But it's all private.
