I feel like the "assume each HIT takes 25 seconds" clause was like the "let's multiply 24 by 10" clause of the girl who had someone's mom buy them a coat. Just random numbers thrown out there and calculated for no reason whatsoever.

 

But that would be like actual work.

Most of the batches that I do are >$30/hr anyways.

 

Right? I think it's funny when people throw all sorts of weird assumptions into their data, and then "prove" their point on the backs of these dubious assumptions by dressing them up with math or fancy words.

 

I mean this is a baity-enough comment for anyone with half a brain and a little curiosity to wonder, "WTF is this guy thinking...?"
