Not unless it cost you actual money to get that rejection. I'd say say no. Also, I don't know wtf I'm talking about. Nonetheless, I'd say no with like 98% certainty. Once again, I don't know what I'm talking about.

    Ha
I assumed no myself, but there is a monetary value nonetheless. However, I guess 38 rejections probably isn't worth the time it would take to try to prove that it should be deductible to the IRS either. "LISTEN I PUT IN TIME AND DIDN'T GET PAID FOR $4.12!!!" Technically it is an investment of time and resources that was a loss as trivial as it may be. Just thinking out loud...

I mean, you get deductions when you work from home, you do get deductions for home office stuff. If your office is 10% of your home sq footage or whatever, you will be able to use 10% of your electric bill and such as a deduction. There's a line for it with the long form and there is a standard deduction for it as well. I usually do the long form for electric/gas/relevant purchases I made for work purposes etc. You do have deductions if you own your house and work from home too, a smidge of your mortgage costs/any maintenance that has to do with your home office/property tax (it's all scaled down to only count your work space ) and whatnot also go in the deduction- it just can't exceed your home generated income.

Of course, consult with el professional, or use turbotax or whatever and don't lie lol.

    So, there's that at least!

We should be allowed to deduct at least half the coffee and tea we drink. That's currently my biggest work expense.

I wonder if we can deduct our low quality content messages like we're entertaining people at business meetings.

Also I've noticed that low quality content messages have gotten worse and worse, so I wonder if we can also factor in depreciation of those low quality content messages. Also all the dank memes and super cool gifs aren't cheap.

My poor over pot got broken by an over exited pupper so I had to buy a new one. I used that $25 from the Shop.co HIT. I should just get to cancel out the income/deduction for that one.
