Probably so. I try to have a detached view to what we do. I feel though that we are helping make youtube safer for kids by getting channels like ToyFreaks that exploit children off of the platform. I don't know a whole lot about the demontization situation going on. I did read that CTFxc which used to be one of the most popular vlog channels is having their ads demonitized and videos put on restricted though.

Diet suggestions are tough.

Some sort of moderation is usually in order, and most "common" diet advice assumes a ton about the person in question. It depends on so many things: Genetics, disease, activity level, age, gender, etc.

One thing I do see a lot in people who make a conscious effort to drink more water is dilution of electrolytes. They often get plenty of salt but the others are often out of whack.

 

Eat seal, drink Heineken.
