    I only do the HITs I enjoy doing, not what people consider decent.

    I'd have to be working on @Randomacts ' requester list of $60/hr. batches in order to tolerate mTurk feeling like work.

    I'm lazy as shit and last year's scenario of making ridiculous money while not really working at all really spoiled me.

    When I was there I was in too many pubs around people eating Ploughman's lunches that I couldn't stand smelling. Between that and craptastic circumstances that basically had me living on the kindness of strangers after my first few days (of nearly 3 weeks) there, I mostly lived on Cheddar sandwiches, jacket potatoes, Chinese takeout and Indian food. NOT a fan of regular British food. But now, a good bacon and cheddar on fresh buttered lightly toasted bread, oh yeah.

    It means they're cable modems. They work using a coaxial cable like what you'd traditionally hook a TV antenna to your TV with. So you'd use them with like... xfinity or whatever your regional cable provider is, rather than something like CenturyLink (which at least over here only uses DSL over phone lines).
