Just make sure the kid makes one of her rocks look really different so that when she throws it thru a window, nobody will think it's part of her rock collection.

I had to google that and had a very violent flashback to working black friday in a Justice store.

Oh you poor dear . I'm not sure I have it in me to step foot in a Justice store again after seeing the prices. It made my wallet ache just looking.

 

We had a tough Christmas b/c I'm still coughing up thick brown crap out of my lungs and the daughter/GF both caught a weaker version of what has been trying to kill me. Everyone's temp has been at 104 a handful of times around Christmas. But she got the Horse Christmas she wanted (lots and lots of horses and dolls to ride them), we picked up one of those "free" ($60 - $60MIR = $0) Xbox 360s that Gamestop was handing out of Black Friday, and I set up Netflix on it for her so she could finally watch the Spirit Riding Free show she'd been wanting to watch for months.

 

Hope everyone had as nice a Christmas as Gizmo. Seems he got a lovely electric blanket from his TurkerHub Secret Santa

 

The key is to wait for sales, which they basically always have, and sign up for the rewards program cause they send out a ton of coupons.

Whenever people didn’t wanna sign up I was like, “ listen. We send out so many 10-30% coupons that you can stack with whatever sale we are having at the time. It’s unreal.”

 

I keep getting false caps on John Does, FYI. Keep checking back every so often and it lets me do a whole bunch more.

 

Ooooooooh I know what those are now. When we were still in the RV and went to Puyallup so the GF could work the fair, we'd hang out in the mall parking lot at night, and we'd see those on the way to the bathroom in Macy's (or whatever department store it was). I remember thinking how prissy the girl on the tag looked. Lol.

Ouch, my little one got the flu two days before Christmas and I swear I was ready to bawl right there in the doctors office. But luckily the medicine they gave her kicked butt and she was fine by the next night, so Christmas went on as usual. Hopefully you guys get better soon!

Dude, those bows. It's ridiculous. But this is her first "celebrity idol" so of course I obliged and got her the bows, and the doll, and the microphone, and the stuffed version of JoJo's damn dog. And now I hate myself, but she's happy, so whatever

 

OH SHIT. Well now I have to go do that, because the clothes were so goddamn cute but I was looked the the price tags and noped the fuck right back out of there.

 

I actually own a black and white jump suit from Justice because I'm so short, I have to hem everything. I tried it on once during a slow time at work and it fit perfectly so I bought it with my employee discount before I left that day. Every time someone compliments me on it and asks where I got it, I'm like, "hmmm, I can't remember!"

 

I usually do the whole christmas tradition, buying presents decorating ect. Not this year. We went to my home town Durango, stayed at a fancy hotel, went up to Purgatory ski resort, got some honey stuff at honeyville, made steak for my family in the hotel room (had a small kitchen but was not an easy task). To sum it up, Id say I would def do that again.
