Gasoline may have evaporated all of the high end volitals, so it won't burn well. Also, all of the interior engine surfaces are probably lacking lubrication, assuming you never ran the engine at all. +1 on this. Depending on how long you ran the engine though it may be "relubricated". Potentially rusted internals though. I'd be curious to hear more about the situation. If you did anything during the year plus it has been sitting, what you have done to it now, how exactly it sounds, how long you just ran it for, etc.

 

I understand your point of view, and normally we're on the same page, but I guess that isn't the case here. No reason for either us to waste more time debating analogies or a 20 cent hit.

 

Yeah, I've been slowly building a wishlist for smart home products to get once my girlfriend and I move in together. One thing I know about us is that she likes to sleep very warm and I like to sleep on the cool side. So, I looked up to see if there was a smart mattress, and was fully expecting to laugh at its high price.

Turns out that there's a less expensive smart mattress cover that can regulate temperatures on either side of the bed. Also, it can integrate with Google Home and other smart products. If I wanted to be even more like Tony Stark, I could buy a smart coffee maker that makes coffee once the smart mattress cover senses that I'm awake in the morning.

This is a cute thought, but just a random note, Sergey Schmidt, Zoltar/Endor/Burke et al. aren't associated with Google in any way. None of them are run by Google, any more than InfoScout is run by Amazon. [Though a better analogy might be the A9s.]
