    Hello everyone! I am trying to create a new account for my brother in mturk, but I try to register but I get a message to the mail rejecting this, does anyone know why? Could you help me? When I believe my account, nothing happened to me, my brother is of age.

    Hello I moved your post into its own thread to get you some help. First welcome to the forum. If I understand your post correctly It sounds like you've either used an email that is already in use for mturk or entered an invalid email. Are you trying to use the email you used to sign up for mturk?

    I am using an email from my brother who was never used ah to create any amazon or mturk accounts, but the message says that they have reviewed my data and I am not fit to work on their website but they tell me that they can not tell me the Reasons and that's what I want to know: c many thanks alike

    It sounds to me like this is the standard MTurk Worker rejection that nobody fully understands. I've read dozens of reports of this happening for at least a year now. Nobody really knows why, but there's a good chance that your brother will be accepted someday in the future. Might be a month or two, might be 6 months or more. All he can really do is wait it out for an email.

    Maybe they can't verify he is who he says he is. Perhaps email more documentation? :dunno:
